This villa is located in the heart of Seminyak and only 15 min walks to the beach. The idea we had for it was a charming contemporary style, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom, a large open living area and a private swimming pool and tropical garden. It was built in 250 sqm but with the aim of giving the illusion of a bigger space. We also took care of the selection of fine furniture to best complement the space.
